The article conducts a study of the current state and development of transport logistics. It is noted that currently there are about twenty different types of logistics and it continues to develop. The systematics of the main types of logistics associated with transportation is given. The features and differences of these logistics are revealed. A systematic approach leads to the concept of a logistics system. An analysis of the main components of the logistics system is given. The content of logistics services is disclosed. The importance of logistics systems in modern transport logistics is described. The importance of transportation as a service technology is shown. Shows the difference between normal transportation of goods and transportation as a logistics component. The value of spatial modeling in logistics processes is shown. The role of geoinformatics in logistics is described. The taxonomy of types of modeling in logistics is given.
The real estate management of transport infrastructure is investigated. Two directions in real estate management of transport infrastructure are shown: object and corporate. Object management uses mainly information models of objects. Corporate governance manages groups of objects, using information models of situations. The peculiarity of the application of building information modeling (Building information modeling) for real estate management is noted. The necessity of applying a systematic approach to real estate management, taking into account all stages of the life cycle, is emphasized. The trend of transition to intellectual real estate management is noted.
ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНЫЕ СИСТЕМЫ И ТЕХНОЛОГИИ
The article deals with the issues related to the development of a next generation railway radio communication system, including standardization procedures for the FRMCS system within the framework of the International Union of Railways (UIC), 3GPP consortium and European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). The paper gives a brief overview of the GSM-R evolution, an analysis of the prospect for the implementation of a next generation radio communication standard based on LTE/5G, as well as comparative analysis of GSM-R and LTE-R, 5G, 5G-R standards. Best world practices of implementation and testing of LTE/5G on railways are given.
The article considers projects aimed at improving and adapting the elements of the automatic train control system. The projects such as TAURO, CLUG, RAILGAP, Sensors4Rails, RAILS, URV are described. The analysis of the presented projects and Russian technological developments is carried out. The main directions of the projects are aimed at ensuring the safe use of unmanned trains on railway transport, the use of artificial intelligence technologies, high-precision positioning systems and vision systems. Research in these areas by international and domestic manufacturing and scientific and technological companies makes it possible to create modern and highly intelligent control systems based on software and hardware and complexes necessary for the organization of automatic control of train traffic.

The article explores the geoservice as a tool for managing and supporting the functioning of the transport infrastructure. The role of spatial information in the management of transport infrastructure is shown. The types of monitoring that are included in the geoservice are described. The importance of geoinformatics for the development of geoservices, as well as the features of geoservices in transport are shown. Modeling in geoservice, 2D, 3D and 5D technologies is described. The content of the geoservice information base is disclosed. Servetization is described as a direction for the development of geoservice, prospects for the development of geoservice are considered.

Existing approaches to the problem of finding a good SQL query execution plan are far from ideal. Given the multi-parameter nature of transport problems, the optimal plan that minimizes query execution time can be critical. The cost function that associates each plan with its execution time must satisfy the following requirements: 1) the order of cost ratio should match the order of time as much as possible, 2) the cost of any plan cannot be greater than the cost of another plan obtained by adding join operations. The paper considers the problem of optimizing SQL query execution plans using machine learning methods. The paper describes in detail the traditional approach to solving this problem, and considers its shortcomings. An analysis of existing machine learning methods is also given, which are designed to eliminate a number of shortcomings of the traditional optimizer. Their advantages and disadvantages are considered

A factor analysis of risk factors and the severity of their consequences indicates that one of the most problematic structural units in Russian Railways is the track facilities of railway transport. For example, in 2021 11 traffic accidents (10 crashes and 1 accident) were allowed on the infrastructure of the railway transport of the Russian Federation, of which 5 crashes (45%) were due to a violation of the technology for the maintenance and repairs of the railway track. It has been established that the highest degree of risk factor for track facilities is characterized by the value of missed tonnage or service life in years, as well as by a single exit of defective (sharply defective) rails. Additional criteria influencing the increase in risk factors in the field of traffic safety in the track facilities are the excess number of defective fasteners and unusable sleepers, the excess length of the track with polluted ballast and the length of track sections with splashes, and other malfunctions.
