Abstract

Over the past decade, the railways of the Republic of Korea have greatly evolved in terms of development of signalling systems. The South Korean engineers developed a national analogue of the European Train Control System ETCS/ERTMS Level 2 and carry out a phased transition from legacy traffic light signalling systems to automatic cab signalling and radio-based train control system. A set of studies on the possibility of implementing a broadband LTE radio communication system for critical applications of train control systems has been carried out in South Korea. The LTE-based radio communication system for railway applications (LTE-R) has been standardized at the national level based on results of tests, and sections equipped with the Korean KTCS-2, which uses the LTE-R system for critical data transmission, are being put into commercial operation. A long-term plan for the implementation of KTCS-2 on South Korean railways for the period up to 2029 is being realized to replace legacy signalling systems. The application of a 5G-based radio communication system is being tested.

Abstract

The article presents Russian and foreign experience in the development and operation of automatic train control systems (ATCS). The main parameters of projects for the creation of unmanned transport systems, such as Thameslink, Crossrail, Digital S-Bahn, AutoHaul, VAL, ATOMIC, Mail Rail, etc. are given. The analysis of trends in the development of unmanned technologies, their technical means and software components on the example of world manufacturers is carried out. The achieved results of the presented projects lay the foundation for the future development of unmanned transport systems, taking into account the use of modern technologies in the field of artificial intelligence to improve the safety and efficiency of the transportation process.

Abstract

The article explores the cyberspace of transport infrastructure. The objective need for the use of cyberspace arises, on the one hand, from the widespread use of various information spaces, on the other hand, there is a need for new forms of production and transport management. The cyberspace of transport infrastructure is seen as a new management tool in the field of transport. The transport control systems in cyberspace are described. The article describes cyberspace as a set of nested information and cyberspaces. The content of two main components of cyberspace is revealed: coordinate and communication. The local information spaces included in the cyberspace are described: the radio relay information space and the space of electronic labels.

Abstract

The article explores geodetic support for monitoring the state of buildings and structures of transport infrastructure facilities. The variety of objects is shown, which entails the variety of monitoring. Two types of transport infrastructure objects have been identified: geotechnical and natural. It is shown that monitoring itself needs support, without which its implementation is impossible. There are two types of support: coordinate and technological. Among the objects of transport infrastructure, the main and auxiliary ones are distinguished. The main objects are those that are monitored in order to study their condition. Helper objects serve to support monitoring. The article shows that monitoring is supported only by geodetic methods.

Abstract

The article explores the features of collecting information in the geoinformatics of transport. The geoinformatics of transport is described as an independent scientific direction. The integration of sciences in the geoinformatics of transport is noted. The systematics of directions of geoinformatics of transport is given. The features of transport geoinformatics are described: complex systems, networks, topology, spatial relationships, discrete flows, spatial models, digital models. The variety of technologies for collecting information in the geoinformatics of transport is shown. The basis of the collection is a geoinformation approach. It shown, that the collection does not end with the accumulation of data, but ends with geoinformation and digital modeling. The construction of digital models based on the collected information is described.

Abstract

The article describes geoportals that provide access to spatio-temporal and attributive information about the structure of the Russian Federation airspace. These geoportals are often used to plan the use of airspace by UAV operators. The analysis revealed common and distinctive features of the geoportals using. A table has been compiled to systematize the information received.

Abstract

he article explores the models of social agents as a decision support tool in transport management. The concept of "Decision Support Agents" is introduced. Social agents are considered. The principle of their organization and work is shown. Five types of such agents are described in detail. A comparison of technical and social agents is given. Technical agents often act individually. Social agents act only as part of an integral system. This is their fundamental difference. It is shown that the direction of activity of technical agents is associated with the direct control and routing of vehicles. The direction of activity of social agents, in relation to transport, is associated with soft management and the elimination of traffic jams or their consequences. The connection between social agents and intellectual technologies is shown. It is shown that the agent is a procedural unit of the information field. The rationality of using information and simulation models in the design of agents is shown.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to apply linear programming methods for the formation of municipal budgets for the construction and reconstruction of transport facilities, taking into account the volume of the production plan of contractors in accordance with the comprehensive strategic plan for the development of infrastructure in the region of Indonesia. The results of the study of transport problems in Indonesia for solving the problems of transportation of both passengers and cargo are presented. This task is assigned to rail transport, which is included in the program for the development of transport on the islands of Sumatra, Sulawesi, Kalimantan and Papua, developed in the National Strategy for the Development of Transport (RIPNAS) until 2030. The considered version of the matrices is formed on the basis of the existing institutional relations between suppliers and consumers. They reflect not only the current benefit, but also the reliability of interaction, which is ignored in the usual formulation of the transport task. These matrices serve as the basis for obtaining a reference solution. For example, on the island of Sumatra, it is the development of a suburban (inter-provincial) railway network to reduce the traffic load on highways as a link of economic activity.

Abstract

The object of the study is a group of enterprises located in the territory of a special economic zone of an industrial production type with a railway infrastructure component. The development of tracks on the territory of the special economic zone of the industrial production type of the railway station "Promyshlennaya" increases the investment attractiveness of the commercial real estate object. As a solution, an infrastructure project for the development of the railway infrastructure component at the expense of the investor's money is proposed. The content of the concept of infrastructure project is revealed. The implementation of the infrastructure project is carried out through advanced property management technology. The proposed real estate management technology simultaneously develops urban and municipal infrastructure.
