Abstract

The article explores the specifics and state of logistics communicativistic. The article introduces and justifies the concept of logistics communication. The content of the concept of logistics communication is revealed. The intensification of traffic flows creates the problem of limiting network capacity. This problem leads to the need for rapid reconfiguration of transport flows and the use of logistics communication methods. Logistics communication is a tool for meta-heuristic analysis. Two schemes for the implementation of logistics communication are described: organizational and intellectual. Based on the methods of heuristics and meta-heuristics, logistics communication forms a rational or expedient decision on the organization of transportation routes. Logistics communication reconfigures flows, but not the physical network. This capability requires the availability of network resources in the form of redundant network structure. The article shows the advantage of an intellectual scheme of logistics communication over an organizational diagram.

Abstract

The article examines the state, development and dynamics of transport geoinformatics. Geoinformatics of transport is interpreted as a synthesis of applied geoinformatics and geography of transport networks. The article shows the place of transport geoinformatics in the system of sciences. It is noted that transport geoinformatics studies transport infrastructure, and not just rolling stock. Transport geoinformatics is related to control theory. therefore, it organically fits into management technologies and is an additional resource for transport management. The diversification of transport by various types is shown. Transportation geoinformatics examines roads, railways, and network systems based on systems analysis. the features of the geographic information transport system are described. The concept and model of “traffic analysis zones” is introduced. Methods of transport geoinformation modeling are described.

Abstract

The article explores interval control in the radio relay information space. The content of interval control is revealed from two positions: spatial and space-time. A description of radio relay information spaces is given. The connection between the radio relay information space and radio blocking systems (RBC) is shown. The necessity of using a coordinate environment to create a radio relay space is shown. The difference in the functions of the radio relay space in conventional control and in the control of a digital railway and control with a model of moving blocks is shown. In the first case, the radio relay space is a communication space; in the second case, it becomes a control space. It is shown that geoinformatics and geoinformation technologies are integrated into management using radio relay information space.

Abstract

The paper presents the structure of semantic interoperability focused on the use of applied ontology of railway infrastructure. At the same time, establishing geointeroperability goes beyond simply being able to access geodatabase information, as it requires more time to provide transactions based on a pre-defined, accurate infrastructure geodatabase vocabulary. But the most important thing is that users and providers must have a relevant understanding of the semantics of requests and responses. The paper shows that semantic modeling should be deeply embedded in the structure of geointeroperability, providing an exhaustive description of semantic geointeroperability, which underlies the development of semantic spatial data infrastructure.

Abstract

Especially heavy load areas of the railway are the most important links in the railway infrastructure, due to the increased load, these sections play an important role in the economy on the railways, but due to heavy loads, they need careful and continuous monitoring of track faults, with prompt elimination of identified faults. By modeling and calculations performed, it was found that in the event of destruction of the receiving sleeper or its absence, the stress safety factor in the most loaded section was 0.82 for both weak and rigid sub-rail base. At the moment, one of the ways of straightening the track using shims (cards) is gaining more and more popularity, this method of planned preventive straightening of the track is almost not regulated and little studied, which endangers the safety of train traffic and reveals the need to study this method of straightening the track.
