TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT

EDN: JIZBVA

Abstract

The real estate management of transport infrastructure is investigated. Two directions in real estate management of transport infrastructure are shown: object and corporate. Object management uses mainly information models of objects. Corporate governance manages groups of objects, using information models of situations. The peculiarity of the application of building information modeling (Building information modeling) for real estate management is noted. The necessity of applying a systematic approach to real estate management, taking into account all stages of the life cycle, is emphasized. The trend of transition to intellectual real estate management is noted.
