The network scientific and practical journal "Intelligent Transport" (until 2025 — "Railway Science and Technology") has been published since 2017.

"Intelligent Transport" is registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor), registration certificate El No. FS77-91965 dated May 6, 2026 (until 2025 — ISSN 2587-5752).

The journal has been assigned the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN 3033-6007) by the Book Chamber of the Russian Federation on August 20, 2025.

The founder of the journal is LLC "Center of Communication" (LLC "CCOM"), and the publisher is JSC "NIIAS".

The Editor-in-Chief is Andrey Valeryevich Sukhanov, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Member of the Russian Association for Artificial Intelligence, and Expert of the Commission on Scientific, Technological Development and Education under the Public Council at the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

The Editorial Board includes leading scientists from JSC "NIIAS", as well as from other transport and academic universities in Russia, Belarus, China, Azerbaijan, and Serbia.

Currently, the journal is published with a frequency of 4 issues per year (quarterly).

"Intelligent Transport" is distributed to all industry-specific higher education institutions, to a number of universities under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, and to the Russian State Library.
